Dynamic Projects is responsible for the construction of 36 factories which are to be split into 3 blocks. Each of these areas included mezzanine areas, using tilt-up concrete construction.

Located on a 6,000 sq/m property, these units have been designed to fit in with an already existing precinct. It is made up of full and half size units to cater for the different needs of tenant and owners.
