    The retail precinct was spread across the lower areas from the original 1916 Commercial Palazzo style building and the retained sections of the 1933 extension.

    Some of the internal fitout features included;

    • 5 meter high shopfront tenancy walls wrapped in patina brass and etched mirror
    • Working with a heritage building to transform an open space to a retail hub onto Pitt Street and Martin Place
    • Transform a 100 year old bank vault in a habitable space for a major international retailer
    • Design and Construct a lift shaft and lift enclosure out of patina brass and glass within a stringent time frame
